Let’s just start off by saying that Lynne eats, breathes, sleeps and LOVES the private club catering world! Joining the hospitality industry in 1987, Lynne worked on the “hotel side” until her first private club position and fell head over heels for the culture, the members and the family atmosphere. She spent the next 15 years with ClubCorp as the Vice President, Private Events. Lynne is a well known industry speaker, consultant and trainer. Life’s passions? “My daughter (sigh..), my family, my Australian Shepherds and little black kitty, and entertaining at home with great friends, food that makes your mouth water and perfectly paired wines!”
Michele Carroll
Michele’s philosophy in the private event arena when it comes to working with club catering sales professionals is about providing the “Bread and Butter basics with Champagne and Caviar Extras”. She brings over twenty-four years of golf and private club management experience and has developed hundreds of successful sales strategies for private country clubs, business clubs, and athletic clubs. Michele is an expert in creatively increasing revenue for private events through building relationships and collectively building teams to drive sales. Her vast experience spans creating and implementing private events from 10 to over a 1,000 participants. And her favorite mantra? “Let’s Get this Party Started”.
